Perspektiven

In dieser Position förderst und entwickelst Du Deine Teammitglieder und verantwortest die qualitätsgerechte Bearbeitung der eingehenden Anträge und Änderungsaufträge innerhalb der vereinbarten Service Level Agreements (SLA). Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen:

  • Du übernimmst die Antragsvorbereitung sowie die Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Auflagen und Nachforderungen.

  • Du pflegst die Kundendaten in den einzelnen Anwendungen (Adressänderungen, Umfirmierungen, Konzernverknüpfungen etc.).

  • Du erledigst die Posteingänge der Abteilung inklusive Archivierung und Statistik.

  • Nicht zuletzt erfasst und sperrst Du ausfallgefährdete Engagements, erstellst Ausfallprotokolle und bist für die Bereitstellung der Daten zuständig.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z. B. als Bankkaufmann (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erste Führungserfahrung sowie Praxis im Bereich der Kreditbearbeitung

  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sichere Urteils- und Entscheidungskompetenz

  • Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
