About LeasePlan Emirates
At LeasePlan, our mission is to provide innovative, sustainable vehicle leasing solutions whoever you are and wherever you need to be — so you can focus on what’s next.
LeasePlan Emirates
Established in 2006, LeasePlan Emirates has achieved a leading position in the market by connection customers to leasing and mobility opportunities wherever they are in the United Arab Emirates. With offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah, we offer our services to companies and individuals throughout the UAE. LeasePlan Emirates is a joint venture with Mubadala. LeasePlan Corporation was established in 1963 in the Netherlands and was acquired by ALD Automotive (part of Société Générale Group) in May 2023. LeasePlan and ALD will go forward together as Ayvens, a new brand that was launched globally in October 2023 and will be launched in the UAE in 2025. The combined group Ayvens is positioned to become the leading global sustainable mobility player. With the world’s largest multi-brand EV fleet out of a total fleet of 3.4 million vehicles managed worldwide, the company aims to lead the way to net zero and further shape the digital transformation of the industry. Ayvens has a presence in 42 countries (including the UAE) and has 14,500 employees.
Our Code of Conduct
LeasePlan implemented a new Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct in 2017. These explain how we must approach our business dealings. They are founded on sound business ethics and respect for stakeholders and society. Setting high standards gives clients, suppliers and business partners the confidence to work with LeasePlan. The codes guide all employees in their efforts to balance the interests of people, the planet and profit. When conducting business for LeasePlan, consultants, contractors, agents and joint venture partners are all expected to observe the same standards of conduct as LeasePlan employees.
