**Collecting caps

** What if you could recycle plastic and do something for charity in the meantime? For this reason, we have been collecting drink bottle caps for years. In our lounges, we collect these for the 'Dopjesactie'. This is an initiative of the Belgian Guide Dog Centre, which raises money for the training of guide dogs for the blind. Every three months, we hand in at least one 10-kg bag of caps. A small action that makes a big difference for visually impaired people.

No more plastic cups

To reduce our plastic waste, we no longer use plastic cups in our offices, only reusable drinking cups and coffee mugs. This change is not only good for the environment, but also creates awareness within our organisation about the importance of sustainability. Furthermore, we also draw attention to better recycling of the rest of the waste in our offices. By separating our waste responsibly, we reduce our ecological impact and contribute to a cleaner environment for everyone.

Sustainable mobility first

At ALD Automotive | LeasePlan, we like to think about sustainable mobility. That is why we are also pioneers in the field of electric driving. Thanks to the rapid electrification of our leasing offer, more and more people are opting for an EV. Last year, no less than 58% of our total orders consisted of purely electric vehicles. This increase shows that we are not just talking about sustainability, but are actively taking steps to electrify our fleet to accelerate the transition to low-carbon mobility.

We believe that small changes can have big impact. By engaging with the environment and continuously improving our business practices, we aim to make a positive difference. Together, we are building a more sustainable future for all.
