If you ordered your new car before October 4, 2022 , the fuel or charge card will be included in the on-board documents of your new car. We sent the code to your home or company the day we sent the license plates of your new car to the garage.
For cars ordered after Oct. 4, 2022, the fuel or charge card will be sent to your home or business. The code will be sent one day later. If you incur expenses in the meantime, you can reclaim them on My LeasePlan.

The fuel card will be unblocked automatically after 24 hours. If you've forgotten your PIN, you can request a copy of it on My LeasePlan.
