Your most common questions. Our answers. In one place.
My lease contract
You can find out the general terms and conditions of your car arrangement from your employer or in the lease agreement you received from us.
Your company's car policy determines who can drive your lease car. LeasePlan requires that any driver must have a valid driving license.
The cost of your lease is determined by the capitalized cost of the vehicle, the term on-road and the approximate annual mileage. Please check your lease agreement for specific details.
Before you take your lease car abroad, make sure you get a written authorisation from the registered owner; either LeasePlan or your employer. It's simple. Email us directly at fleetdesk@leaseplan.ca.
