The Polestar's 300 kW of power is evenly split between two motors - one in front and one at the rear - powering an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in under seven seconds.

Next level infotainment system

An 11 inch portrait display forms the centerpiece of the interior experience, offering a user interface built in partnership with Google around usability and voice control. The system integrates Google Maps, Google Assistance, Google Play Store and Spotify and looks set to beat the competition when it comes to seamless integration and user experience.

The Polestar 2 is certainly an exciting addition to the EV market. Looking even further into the future, Volvo's EV marquee brand shows no signs of slowing down. The Polestar 3, a high standing, low-roof, aerodynamic SUV, is scheduled to hit the market in 2021.
