Questions
What should I do if my vehicle is broken into?
- In the event of theft or damage caused by burglary, first report the incident to the police: www.polizei.ch
- Then notify LeasePlan on 0800 845 650 and send us the accident report. If you are not insured through LeasePlan, please also notify your insurance company.

What should I do in the event of an accident and/or damage where another vehicle is involved?
- Fill out a European accident report You will find the European accident report in your glove compartment.
- Take a photo/photos of the other vehicle, including the licence plate.
- Report the accident and please send the accident report to insurance@leaseplan.com.

Who should I call if my vehicle has broken down?
- LeasePlan 24-hour assistance
- If your vehicle has broken down, our LeasePlan Road Assistance is available around the clock to assist you. Call 0800 845 625 (from Switzerland) or +41 44 746 77 (from abroad).

Will an accident affect my monthly costs?
Your monthly costs are not affected if you've been involved in an accident – the claim is handled by the insurance company. If it is determined that you were at fault, you may be charged an excess.
