Our application process
- Online application
Let’s get started! Simply upload your informative CV to our job portal. We’re also interested to hear your salary expectations and availability.
- Application review
As soon as we receive your application we’ll send you confirmation of receipt. Then we’ll review your documents and get back to you.
- First interview
You'll be invited to an interview with someone from the relevant department and HR, either online or in person, so that we can get to know each other. We’ll be talking about your objectives, what motivates you, what the new job involves and our expectations.
- Second, more in-depth interview
At your second interview with additional department and HR team members the questions will be more in-depth – on both sides. Depending on the position you’re applying for, you may be asked to perform a task. It will give you the opportunity to get to know your potential future workplace and work colleagues.
- Job offer and onboarding
Congratulations! We think you’re the right person for the job and we’d love to have you on board! You’ll get your employment contract and, once it’s signed, you’re part of the LeasePlan team. We’re glad to have you with us!
