Das sind Deine Aufgaben

An der Spitze Deines Teams koordinierst Du sämtliche Geschäftsaktivitäten für unser ALD caroutlet. Hierbei baust Du das bestehende Vertriebssystem weiter aus und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Erreichung der gesteckten Markt- und Umsatzziele. In dieser Position findest Du neue Absatzwege und optimierst unseren Marktauftritt. Die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen rundet das Aufgabengebiet ab.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung in einer adäquaten Position in der Automobilbranche (wie z.B. Betriebsleiter (w/m/d), Verkaufsleiter (w/m/d))

  • Sehr gute Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse

  • Moderner Führungsstil und Überzeugungsfähigkeit

  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Verständnis

  • Know-how im Projektmanagement

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gutes Englisch

  • Teamgeist
