Das sind Deine Aufgaben
In dieser Position bist Du für den Aufbau und die Pflege des internen Planungs- und Berichtswesens zuständig. Du führst Forecasts sowie Wettbewerbs- und Risikoanalysen durch. Zu Deinen weiteren Aufgaben gehören:

• Vorbereitung von Lieferantenterminen auf Kennzahlenbasis

• Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Auswertung von Ausschreibungen

• Systemseitige Pflege der Einkaufskonditionen und Abrechnung mit den Lieferanten

• Erstellung von Jahresplänen und Monatsabschlüssen

• Laufende Planverfolgung, Abweichungsanalyse und Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen

• Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie internen und externen Audits

• Support bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Einkaufsstrategie

Das bringst Du mit

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Ausgeprägte betriebswirtschaftliche und analytische Kompetenz

• Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis

• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse – insbesondere Excel

• Weiteres Know-how in ERP-Systemen wünschenswert

• Sehr gutes Englisch

• Flexibilität und Talent zum Multitasking – auch bei höherem Arbeitsaufkommen

• Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Proaktivität

• Zuverlässigkeit, Empathie und hervorragende Fähigkeiten im zwischenmenschlichen Umgang

• Bereitschaft , Ideen einzubringen, permanent zu lernen und zu wachsen
