Das sind Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Position verstärkst Du das Team in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
und arbeitest mit dem Fachbereich sowie mit
Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen zusammen. Zu Deinen
Aufgaben zählen:

• Du unterstützt uns bei der Steuerung, Überwachung und Abstimmung der Debitorenkonten.

• Du übernimmst eigenständig das Mahnwesen.

• Du wirkst aktiv an der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen und Jahresabschlüssen mit.

• Du bist Kontaktperson (w/m/d) für interne und externe Partner in Fragestellungen zum Debitorenmanagement.

• Du beteiligst Dich kontinuierlich an der Optimierung der Prozesse und nimmst an spannenden Projekten teil.

Das bringst Du mit

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Debitoren – vorzugsweise bei einem Finanzdienstleister

• Leidenschaft für Zahlen und analytische Kompetenz

• Interesse an den aktuellen Entwicklungen der Finanzbranche

• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im verhandlungssicheren Deutsch

• Know-how im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Produkten
