Maintenance, repairs and MOTs
LeasePlan maintains specialised partner networks for services related to your car. You can find the nearest partner workshop in our area search for partners.
If there is no partner workshop who can perform services and repairs on the vehicle within a 30 km radius, you can take the vehicle to any manufacturer-authorised repair shop.
You can book workshop appointments at any time in our online portal LeasePlan Online or with the LeasePlan Driver App for iPhone or Android smartphones.

Please complete and hand over the "Maintenance and Repair Order" form (PDF) to the partner repair facililty every time you take your vehicle in. It contains important information on the procedure for the partner.
Yes, you can purchase refill oils at any time without cash using your LeasePlan fuel or service card.
You have a euroShell or Aral fuel card, so you don’t need any further identification for our partners.
New vehicles generally have a two-year guarantee and manufacturer warranty commencing on the date of registration.
Vehicles have different service intervals depending on their make and model. You can find this information in your vehicle’s service booklet and most vehicles indicate when a service is necessary.
Your leased vehicle must be presented for TÃœV inspection three years after initial registration and every two years thereafter. Please keep track of these dates yourself.
You can have the TÃœV inspection carried out at any authorised workshop, at the TÃœV or DEKRA.
Ask the inspection centre whether settlement is possible via the LeasePlan 'Maintenance and repair order' (PDF). If the inspection centre consents, please complete and hand over the form to the inspection centre. It contains important information on the procedure for the inspection centre. We do not require a copy of the MOT report.
For commercial vehicles up to 3.5 t permissible gross weight, the vehicle must be presented to the TÃœV 24 months after initial registration, and the subsequent inspection intervals are also 24 months.
For commercial vehicles over 3.5 t permissible gross weight, the first TÃœV inspection is due 12 months after initial registration, and the subsequent inspection intervals are also 12 months.
The "UVV" accident prevention regulations inspection is due once a year and can be conducted by our tyre partners or when your vehicle goes in for a service.
