Maintenance, repairs and MOTs
Does your vehicle need maintenance, a repair or an MOT?
The repair facilities in our maintenance and repairs partner network provide maintenance work, vehicle services, wear & tear repairs and MOTs. We have negotiated discounted rates with them for many vehicle makes.
Please only arrange maintenance, repair or MOT appointments with one of the partners in our network. It’s a very simple two-step process:
1. Print out and fill in the Maintenance and Repair Order Form Print out the Maintenance and Repair Order Form, fill it in, sign it and hand it to the repair partner. The form is needed to authorise the repair partner and ensure that they recognise our GTCs.
2. Find a repair partner near you Find your nearest maintenance and repair partner and arrange an appointment. Only use the repair facilities in our partner network for maintenance, repairs and MOTs. LeasePlan cooperates with manufacturer-affiliated and independent repair facilities.

Important information: What happens after I make an appointment?
Please take your LeasePlan fuel card or your LeasePlan service card to the repair partner with you. It entitles you to have the necessary work done and the repair facility will then bill us directly. ​ You can also use your LeasePlan fuel and service card to purchase engine oil refills at any time without cash. ​​ ​Ensure that you comply with the manufacturer service intervals and do not request repair partners to install any accessories or perform any superficial repairs.
