Carl Ras A/S is one of the largest suppliers of tools and fittings to craftsmen, institutions and the industry. Carl Ras and LeasePlan have entered into a collaboration, and at Carl Ras they are particularly happy for My LeasePlan and My Fleet. Jesper Nør Jensen talks about the collaboration with LeasePlan.
Collaboration with LeasePlan
Our collaboration with LeasePlan is going really well. LeasePlan supply both vehicles and insurance solutions to Carl Ras, and this has worked really well.
We have an excellent working relationship with LeasePlan’s Key Account Manager, and it feels like a partnership. Things are followed up, our requests and needs are managed, and this has been key to the close cooperation we have today.

What makes LeasePlan special?
LeasePlan have been good at developing their data management. I can use My Fleet to easily pull up lists of exactly what I need. Things like information on claim history, claim patterns, CO₂ emissions and so on. It’s made my job a lot easier. Overall, My Fleet helps to give me an overview of our fleet and I can get an insight into our drivers’ driving patterns, among other information.
Our drivers have been incredibly happy with My LeasePlan, where they can find relevant information about their vehicles. In the past, it could be a bit difficult to figure out who to contact, but with My LeasePlan they get answers to the vast majority of their questions, including about fuel, reporting a claim, etc. It makes sense to use My LeasePlan because it’s clear and easy to use.
LeasePlan is a good employer
Apart from the fact that LeasePlan are clever with the digital platforms, LeasePlan are a good employer. They have low employee turnover, and this gives us reassurance and peace of mind if we need them. If there have been changes, e.g. handover to other staff, LeasePlan have been good at letting us know about this.
You can’t get round the delivery times because they’re the same for everyone. We recognise that there’s a longer waiting time for vehicles, but when they are delivered, the quality and package are always as they should be.
