If damage has occured
As a LeasePlan customer, you are first in line at the shop. If using one of our authorised garages, you are also guaranteed a replacement car at the lowest possible rate.
Chips on your windscreen
If your windscreen gets chipped, you must immediately cover it with windscreen plaster so that moisture and dirt do not exacerbate the damage. Make sure to have the chip replaced promptly or replace the windscreen.
It's easy and quick getting repaired a chip and replaced a windscreen. Carglass can repair your windscreen at your address at a time that works best for you. How to report a claim

You can call our Damage Service at +45 3673 8399, and we will complete the damage report for you and take care of all the practical matters. Our phones are open 24 hours a day
- Or complete a form and send it to us
Or you can complete the damage report on your own, which you can download from the link below, and e-mail it to us at forsikringdk@leaseplan.com
If another party is involved please make sure to get all relevant information such as name, phone number and registration number.
Roadside assistance
There is no perfect time for tires to puncture or for the car to break down. Do you need roadside assistance for your company car, help is always near with LeasePlan Assistance which is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Break-ins and theft
Was your car stolen? Has there been a break-in? Or has someone taken the license plates? In any of these events it is important to do the following:
Vehicle theft
- 1.Report theft of the car to the police.
- 2.
Vehicle break-in
- 1.Report the break-in of the car to the police.
- 2.
- 3.Report the break-in to your own insurance company, if you have had any personal property stolen that might be covered by your personal/homeowner’s insurance.
- 4.If you have had tools, a computer, or other effects belonging to your company stolen, the break-in must be reported to your company’s fleet manager/insurance manager. Was your car stolen? Has there been a break-in? Or has someone taken the license plates? In any of these events it is important to do the following:
License plate theft
- 1.Report theft of the registration plates to the police.
- 2.Contact LeasePlan at +45 3673 8300. We will prepare a document that you have to bring together with your Vehicle Registration Certificate to SKAT for getting new license plates.
- 3.Go to one of the 4 automotive centres or national license plate agencies to have the new plates issued. Get directions here
