Clever adds temporary energy surcharge

From 1 June, customers will be required to pay a temporary energy surcharge on their bill. The size of the energy surcharge depends on which subscription the customer has taken out with Clever. In future, customers will therefore have to pay for both their subscription and an energy surcharge.

In connection with the press release, LeasePlan has received enquiries from our customers about what this will mean for their drivers’ subscription.

  The subscription will continue unchanged until 1 June
• •
  From 1 June, an energy surcharge will be added, which will be billed together with the subscription
• •
  Clever will then recalculate the energy surcharge for the first time in late summer based on current energy prices
• •
  Any changes to the energy surcharge will then take effect from 1 October with one month’s notice
• •
  Clever’s customers are able to switch, suspend or cancel their subscription

The temporary price increase at Clever is an initiative which is being introduced by Clever.
