New wave of Asian car manufacturers

A new wave of car manufacturers focusing on electric vehicles are coming in hot onto the Europe-an electric vehicle market. The established car manufacturers, such as Tesla, Polestar, Renault, Mercedes and Volkswagen, will seriously be challenged by their Asian competitors. Their advantage lays in their low production cost, which makes them particularly competitive. Among the challengers, you have to look at Xpeng, NIO and Aiways.

Longer range on batteries

The Chinese and Korean car manufacturers have seriously pushed the bar when it comes to production of high-quality electric vehicles. In addition to having low production costs, they have been good at improving their batteries, resulting in impressive ranges. The Chinese car make NIO, whose model ET7 has a range of 1,000 kilometers, depending on driving conditions, and Xpeng G9, with an expected range of over 500 kilometers, will be seen as fierce competitors.

Electric vehicles with company car appeal

The new electric vehicles coming to Europe, are expected to become many companies’ primary company car, which is due to its company car appeal: A change to electric vehicles will save you both time and money. The electric vehicles have lower service and maintenance costs than the conventional cars with combustion engines, lower taxes, get produced more price competitively, and will therefore appeal to many car administrators and drivers.
