Report theft or burglary
Yes, this is fine. Please ensure that the parts used are manufacturer approved and that the garage you book with is VAT-registered. Once the repairs are complete, please keep evidence of what was done as we'll need this when you return the vehicle.
Please report this to the police and keep a note of the crime reference number. You also need to contact your insurers. If the vehicle is a total loss, we can offer a total loss quote, but we'll need your insurance company to get in touch with us for this directly.
Please call your insurer to report the incident.
They’ll send us the incident date, last known mileage and the category of loss. If it’s a financial write-off, they’ll contact us for a settlement figure which we’ll also send to you. The settlement letter will contain all the details of what then happens.
