Is it OK for the insurer to arrange repairs on my vehicle?
Yes, this is fine. Please ensure that the parts used are manufacturer approved and that the garage you book with is VAT-registered. Once the repairs are complete, please keep evidence of what was done as we'll need this when you return the vehicle.
What if my service or vehicle repair takes more than a day?
Sometimes more complex work needs to be carried out and the vehicle cannot be returned on the same day. If that happens, we'll let you know what the delays are caused by, and keep you updated on repair progress and when you can expect to collect your vehicle. Our aim is to get you and your vehicle reunited as soon as we can.
