You’re right, Ayvens does include ALD; we’re just phasing our rebrand to keep any disruption to our customers to a minimum.

While our suppliers should know that old LeasePlan is new Ayvens, there may be occasions when you may have to mention LeasePlan, especially for garages and assistance providers who may not have had the memo yet! Equally, if you accidentally refer to LeasePlan, the supplier should be able to identify the vehicle in the same way. If in doubt, please give them your registration number so they can look you up.

Ayvens is now a trading style of LeasePlan in the UK, so we are representing ourselves as part of the Ayvens group.

  There’s no change to the legal entity ‘LeasePlan UK Limited’, so all our official company details, banking information, and legal or regulatory requirements remain the same.

  You’ll start to see the new Ayvens logo and colour scheme, as well as references to Ayvens instead of LeasePlan, on some systems and communications.

  You may also see the company name appear as “LeasePlan trading as Ayvens (or t/a) Ayvens” on documents like invoices or on your bank statements.

If you or your company have a direct relationship with LeasePlan, as opposed to having come to us via a broker, we will contact you using the Ayvens brand. It’s also possible that other customers may notice our new Ayvens brand on some shared services.

If you are a supplier to LeasePlan, you’ll be contacted using the Ayvens brand.

If you are an ALD customer or a LeasePlan customer who arranged a lease via a broker, you may start to see our new Ayvens brand.

We will rebrand these vehicles later; we’re just phasing our rebrand to keep any disruption to our customers to a minimum.

Ayvens is a new global mobility brand born from the union of the ALD and LeasePlan groups. LeasePlan UK Limited and ALD Automotive Limited are UK legal entities which are part of the Société Generale group. Société Generale already owned the ALD group, and subsequently bought the LeasePlan group in May 2023. In the UK, the Ayvens brand will be phased in as we continue to integrate our businesses, starting with the introduction of Ayvens as a trading style of LeasePlan UK Limited.
