We'll tax the vehicle for you. Some contracts include this cost but for others we'll invoice you for it.
If you'd like to check the status, it's easy to do on the DVLA website: https://www.vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/ Just type in your registration and you'll see the expiry date for the road tax and MOT.
We'll arrange for your vehicle to be taxed. Some contracts include this cost and for others we'll invoice you for it.
If road tax is included in your monthly payment, we'll renew it annually for you. Although road tax is included in your monthly payment at the rate it was in your first year, road tax can change depending on what the chancellor puts in the budget. This makes it too tricky to forecast into your monthly payment for the entire length of your contract, so we may have to invoice the difference if it goes up. If this is the case, we'll let you know. Although it is unlikely, if the price ever went down, we'd refund you the difference.
Road tax is not included in your monthly payment if you have ‘Drivewise’, ‘Lease Purchase’ or a ‘Finance Lease’ contract, but we'll tax it for you and send you the invoice annually.
