ESG Data Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Support Non-financial Reporting in line with EU Taxonomy, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Pillar 3, GHG (greenhouse gases) accounting, Science-based targets, EV100 and other external and internal requirements. Includes onboarding and implementing new requirements and maintaining a process of the current.
• Work closely with KPMG for the year-end audit on Sustainability KPIs
• EU Taxonomy alignment on the vehicle level, development on the approach, analysis, testing and implementation for the reporting
• Support future development and automatization for the current and new ESG requirements

Data Collection and Management:

• Collect, clean, and maintain ESG-related data from various internal and external sources.
• Analyze ESG data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations to stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support ESG strategy and decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG data into business processes.
• Participate in ESG-related meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the data.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to facilitate efficient data management.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with MS Excel and Power BI
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a reporting / data/ business analysis
• Proven experience with large data sets and reporting
• Experience with sustainability, science-based targets is an advantage
