Responsibilities:

• Identify, plan and deliver sourcing initiatives.

• Reduce cost of existing or proposed sourced solutions, through robust application of demand management, cost control mechanisms, aggregation/disaggregation of spend and best in class negotiations.

• Manage multiple contracts, ensuring timely renewals, effective stakeholder management, governance, issues resolution, risk management, financial management, change control and compliance.

• Prepare and manage global and local tenders and procurement activities end-to-end.

• Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate robust contracts with favourable terms and conditions.

• Develop and manage the evolution of contracts in order to meet changing business requirements and ensure that a value for money, reliable, effective service of optimum quality is provided.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in procurement, IT or law would be an advantage

• At least 2 years of procurement experience, preferably with global responsibility

• Strong organizational, verbal communication and writing skills

• Negotiation skills

• Experienced in production of structured documentation

• The ability to simultaneously manage a variety of versatile projects

• Problem-solving skills and strong work ethic

• Fluent in English language
