Business Control:

  • Establish and maintain strong business control processes to ensure compliance, risk management, and governance.
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and multiyear plans.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business performance optimization.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to align financial goals with business objectives. (Planning & Control cycle)
  • Serve as a key liaison between finance and other departments, providing financial expertise and support to drive business results.
  • SocGen requests on reporting for ECB requirements to get KPI’s, Trajectory plans of 3 years. Global IT project business cases.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): (focus on Digital & IT domain)

  • Lead the development and execution of the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance.
  • Use/implement management accounting tooling to use predictive modelling for forecasting, budgeting.
