The FP&A Controller is responsible for accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit, collections, and the establishment of accounting policies and controls working with a moderate level of guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly Business Reviews - Own the process for preparing the monthly reporting decks for the operational entities (retrieve data, prepare slides, make changes to structure when needed, etc) • Forecast support - Support the monthly Forecast and Annual Plan process (act as ‘buddy’ to select countries, gather and analyse data, support in process management and reporting out)

 • Financial Modelling – Perform or support on various ad hoc analysis, including PowerPoint presentations (build bespoke financial models, analyse results , follow-up with countries and challenge outcomes, report clearly out in decks for senior management purpose)

 • Monthly performance management – Provide reports to various business teams as well as country management teams (maintain existing models, update where needed)

•  May be required to travel for work

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;

  • 5+ years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on FP&A, business control, or related functions;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams;

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to provide actionable insights;

  • Fluent in English written and spoken;

  • Super user in with MS Excel, with strong financial modelling skills;

  • Experience with BPC, business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
