About the role

The person holding the role of Senior Digital Finance Analyst is responsible for the month end closing exercise and subsequent reports for the Digital projects financial administration across LeasePlan central entities.
He/she manages balance sheet and profit and loss positions and controls the allocation of expenses to Balance Sheet and projects. 
He/she conducts quality review of accounting standards and prepares (external) audit reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform periodic reviews of the Balance sheet and Profit and loss statements
• Asset Management - responsible for the activation of intangibles assets
• Prepare, review and own reporting for balance sheet incl. audit trace for compliance with accounting and audit standards
• Maintain depreciation model and timely updates in asset module in SAP
• Assist in financial audit process
• Own time-writing and SAP project administration (set-up, compliance, maintenance)
• Provide monthly performance management reports to various business teams as well as country management teams
• Conduct entity cost control and cost analysis
• Support the preparation of the monthly close (system readiness, intercompany inputs)
• Support the monthly Forecast exercise and Annual Plan cycle
• Provide guidance to GL / AP team in LPSC on clean and automated administration
• Owns the capitalization process
• Assist project teams with financial guidance on an Ad-hoc basis
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests
