My Lease Car
My lease contract
You can find out the general terms and conditions of your car arrangement from your employer or in the lease agreement you received from us.
The cost of your lease is determined by the services included. Please check your lease agreement for specific details.
Basically, anything you were given with the vehicle when it was delivered to you must be returned.
It is your responsibility to ensure it’s returned in a good condition. For more information, please consult our fair wear and tear guidelines for cars and light commercial vehicles.
If you are picking up a new vehicle, then you can leave your old vehicle with the dealer you are picking your new vehicle up from. If you are not replacing the vehicle, there are two options for returning your vehicle:
- You can return your vehicle yourself to a Turners site. To find a Turners site near you, visit their Return your car page.
Your company's car policy determines who can drive your lease car. LeasePlan requires that any eligible driver must have a valid driving license.
When you return your car, you must also return all the accessories and parts that came with it.
Once a vehicle has been signed back to LeasePlan. we are not responsible for the safe holding of any valuables left inside.
Please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 LEASEPLAN (0800 532 737) if you have left any valuables and we will try to recover your belongings. Please note, if we cannot recover the goods LeasePlan is not responsible for the value of the items.
