Leaseplan has extensive experience of collaborating with the public sector and has entered into a framework agreement with Adda Inköpscentral (former SKL Kommentus), available to eligible authorities such as municipalities, municipal companies and regions. The framework agreement pertains to Operational Leasing of vehicles.

Operational Leasing via LeasePlan means that we help you manage your fleet.

• We cover financing, administration, service and repairs during the leasing period as well as repossession of the vehicle at the end of the lease.
• We guarantee residual values as well as service and tire costs - which reduces your risk.
• Through our prioritized supplier network, you get access to suppliers close to your business and with good accessibility.
• By letting us do more, you get less administration.
• If you have any questions, you can contact us in all vehicle-related matters.
• Through our digital services (My Fleet for vehicle manager and My LeasePlan for drivers) you also get a clear overview of the fleet and the vehicle costs, but also access to information and vehicle related services.

As an authority, you call off vehicles according to "Vehicle 2018" or in another way - according to the separate agreement. With LeasePlan, a Call-off contract is drawn up regarding the leasing service. We book a start-up meeting to understand your processes and describe the routines. When it is time to order a vehicle, you send a Quotation Calculation Document to LeasePlan. A leasing offer is drawn up and sent to you, after your approval we will order the car. The dealer of the vehicle will contact you when it is time for delivery.
