Leaseplan has extensive experience of collaborating with the public sector and has entered into a framework agreement with Adda Inköpscentral. The framework agreement is available to eligible authorities such as municipalities, regions and their companies pertains both financial leasing and operational leasing of vehicles.

What do the two types of leasing include?

Operational lease

Operational Leasing via LeasePlan means that we help you manage your fleet efficiently and smoothly.

We offer the following services:

Comprehensive solutions: Financing, administration, service and repairs during the leasing period as well as taking back the vehicle at the end of the leasing period.
Reduced risk-taking: We guarantee the residual value of the vehicle as well as service and tire costs, which reduces your financial risk.
Local suppliers: Through our extensive supplier network, you get access to suppliers close to your business with high availability.
Efficient administration: We handle all peripheral services related to the vehicles, which gives you less administration.
One contact point: You get a dedicated contact person for all vehicle-related matters.
Digital overview: With our digital tools, MyFleet for vehicle managers and MyLeasePlan for drivers, you get a clear overview of the fleet, costs and access to relevant information and services.

Finance lease

To facilitate comparisons, we also offer Financial Leasing.

Financial Leasing means that the vehicle is booked as an asset with you and you take responsibility for the residual value of the vehicle at the end of the leasing period.
This solution is suitable for those who want greater control over the economy and residual value.
You have the option of handling service, repairs and other ancillary services yourself or combine with our services for a tailored solution.

The agreement between Adda Inköpscentral and LeasePlan

Call-off vehicles
First you call vehicles according to Vehicles 2022 or via another separate agreement.
Establish a call-off contract
Together with LeasePlan, a Call-off contract for the leasing service is drawn up.
Start-up meeting
We book a start-up meeting to go over your processes and routines.
Ordering cars
You send us a quote calculation document. We then draw up a leasing offer which is sent to you for approval.
Delivery
When the offer is approved, we order the car, and the dealer contacts you for delivery.
